Small Projects
  • Sand to resurface indoor arena: $1500
  • Sand for outdoor arena: $3000
  • Sidewall Skirts for Indoor Arena.
  • Lumber to build a small bridge on the trail: $250
  • Stone for Driveway $500
  • 250’ fencing materials to replace worn out pasture 1 fence:  $750
  • 300’ fencing materials to replace worn out pasture 2 fence:  $900
  • Additional Pasture Shelter
  • Paddock Shelter

larger Projects
  • Barn expansion to provide: Multipurpose room, handicap accessible restroom.
  • Equipment Storage Building
  • Side expansion of arena for shaving storage.
  • Rear expansion of arena for equipment storage.
  • Concrete for barn hallway: $2000
  • Covered Deck at Pond for mid-trail breaks, teaching, lunch picnics on the trail materials only: $1500
